About Wanita
I’m Wanita Fleury, an intuitive transformational facilitator, master breathwork facilitator, and the author of Life Shouldn’t Be So Hard: Living an Unarmored Life. I’m also the founder of True Zero Point Consciousness.
Before any of this, I was a career educator, a mother of two sons, and the person everyone leaned on. For decades, I was the strong one, and I was good at it. What I was not good at was admitting that the weight of all that holding was slowly breaking me down.
When I finally stopped long enough to listen, everything changed. Meditation was the first place I found stillness. Through breathwork, I discovered a deeper kind of awareness and began to recognize an intuitive ability I had carried my entire life without recognizing it. I could feel what was happening in the body before a person had words for it. I could sense where the Armor was thickest, and where it was ready to soften.
Training as a SOMA Breath master instructor deepened that understanding. Writing my memoir gave me a way to explore everything I had been carrying and what happened when I set it down. From there, I built a practice around the one thing I wish someone had told me years ago: you do not have to hold it all together to be whole.
Today, I work with people one on one and in groups, online and in person, from my home base in Melbourne, Florida. If you are here, something in you already knows it is time.
The Journey Within
What brought you here matters. Maybe you have been holding everything together for so long you forgot there was another way. Maybe you have tried other approaches and they helped for a while but did not reach what was underneath. Or maybe you just know something needs to shift, even if you do not have the words for it yet.
You do not need to arrive with a plan. You do not need to understand what you are carrying or why. That is what this work is for.
My Work
My work lives at the intersection of breathwork, guided meditation, and intuitive guidance.
I work with people one on one and in groups, creating space to slow down, listen inward, and become more aware of what may be influencing the way they think, feel, and respond.
Every person brings a different experience. Some come feeling exhausted from holding everything together. Others know something needs to change but are not sure where to begin. My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help create the space to hear what you already know.
My book, Life Shouldn’t Be So Hard: Living an Unarmored Life,
It grew from this same journey and explores what happens when we begin to recognize and set down what we have been carrying.
The work may include breathwork, meditation, emotional release, spiritual coaching, or other practices depending on what you are ready to explore.
